Strength1st is a functional movement program that focuses on strength and stability.
My goal at Strength1st is to ensure proper functional movement to create the best workout for every individual.
Whether it be one- on-one or boot-camp style circuit training, I specialize in training athletes of all ages as well as rehabilitation training. Everyone is an athlete and I can help you reach your goals.

About Us
Strength1st is a core based functional movement program. We focus on getting the smaller stabilizer muscles to activate so there is less risk of injury during training. Once the core muscles start to fire then we can work on the larger muscles for strength and endurance.
