"My name is Christine Hale. I am the mother of three children that are nationally ranked tennis players. Their ages currently are 16, 18, and 20. Tennis is hard on the body, and I have always been concerned about injuries due to their year round playing of one sport. For the past 6 years the kids have been training with Chris at The Training Room. His strength program is unbelievable for their over all health and fitness. As two of the three children are now in college their coaches speak highly of their fitness level and are grateful that they are injury free. My daughter Madison often thanks me for the years she spent with Chris developing her core strength. She's a thriving healthy college athlete. Our oldest son Morgan was just awarded the "most fit" award on his West Point men's tennis team. He attributed his health and fitness to Chris and The Training Room.
