Beginner Core Stability

Power planks: The power plank is designed to stabilize the spine. Abs, lats and gluts are contracted in order to help keep the spine in a neutral position. If holding for 30 seconds is easy, try moving an arm or leg while keeping the spine neutral. This makes the exercise harder and is a great core stability workout. Have fun.
